There continues to be notable progress on the Thalia Mara Hall remediation project. We will continue to publish this information as additional developments are made. The current standing of the project is listed below – as of Monday, January 6.

Updates:

• Remediation work contract is scheduled to be finished on time. It will actually be done next week (one week early). It is about 90% complete.
• All issues in the Fire Marshal’s report have been addressed.
• The Fountains have been repaired.
• The Drainage work is 90% complete and is scheduled to be finished on time.
• The Roof Work is 50% complete

Next Steps:

• Rigging work started today and will be finished next Wednesday.
• The Fire Marshal will come do an inspection this week.
• The Fire Marshal will return to do another inspection after the Rigging Work is complete.
• On track for all work to be complete by January 17th
