Yika Hoover
Deputy Director of Economic Development
A proud graduate of Lanier High School, Ms. Hoover earned a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Jackson State University. She is a 3rd year Ph.D. student in Policy Analysis whose research centers around the effects of narrowly focused fiscal policies on statewide economies. Ms. Hoover’s background includes program and policy implementation in private and public sector business development.
