The Database Administration provides support for several software applications utilized within the city like 311, Kronos, Incode, C2M Customer to Meter Water Billing, Cisco Fire/Police, and New World Public Safety, etc.

This team is also responsible for ensuring user needs are met through the deployment and updates of software.
