Mission Statement

To produce high quality, safe water in adequate quantities to serve the needs of the customers within the area certificated to the City of Jackson; to distribute this water to these customers in a safe manner; and to collect waste water from both retail and wholesale customers and treat the waste water to make it safe to return to the river with minimum impact on the environment. The goal is to perform these tasks in a manner that provides the customers with the services desired at an affordable price through systems that are reliable in their ability to perform their functions as designed.
