The Housing Rehabilitation Program helps Jackson homeowners repair health and safety hazards and extend the useful life of their homes. The program targets households that cannot afford major repairs on their own.

Who Qualifies:
- Owner-occupied households meeting low- or moderate-income requirements - Homes with major hazards such as roof leaks, plumbing, or electrical issues
- Contact OHCD to confirm income eligibility and application windows. - OHCD inspects the property and establishes a scope of work. - Contractors are assigned through the City’s procurement process.
