Production Services & Rates
Film JXN works closely with City of Jackson departments to ensure your production has the support and safety resources it needs. Below is an overview of required services, personnel, and rates.
Police Department
Police supervision is required for traffic control and any use of firearms or special effects.
Notice Required: Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance (excluding weekends and holidays). onday filming has special requirements. Cancellations: otify the Jackson Film Office directly. Late cancellations may incur fees.
Personnel Rates

| Sergeant | $65/hr | Guaranteed 6 hours. Time & ½ after 8 hrs. |
| Officer | $50/hr | Guaranteed 6 hours. Time & ½ after 8 hrs. |
Equipment

| Squad Car | $150/day | Traffic control only. Not for picture. Travel time not included in guaranteed hours. |
Fire Department
Fire Department supervision is mandatory for activities involving public safety.
Personnel Rates

| Safety Officer | $65/hr | One per assignment. Guaranteed 6 hours. Time & ½ after 8 hrs. |
| Engineer | $50/hr | Guaranteed 6 hours. Time & ½ after 8 hrs. |
| Firefighter | $45/hr | Guaranteed 6 hours. Time & ½ after 8 hrs. |
Department of Public Works – Streets & Sanitation
Support available for parking, towing, and barricades.
- “No Parking” Signs: $15 per parking meter per day
- Tow Trucks: Contact Film JXN (do not call directly)
- Barricades: Contact Film JXN for coordination
City Parks & Recreation Facilities
Bring your production to one of Jackson’s parks or community centers.
