Splash Pad Operating Times
Kingston Frazier Memorial Splash Pad – Presidential Hills Park II, 3971 N Flag Chapel Road, Jackson, MS 39213
Monday – Saturday, 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Admission (CASH ONLY)
Free (0-3 years old and under)
$3.00 (18 years old and over)
Pool and Splash Pad Reservations
Please contact our office at 601-960-0471 to reserve your private swim time for summer camps, daycares, etc. Private swim times are only available Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. Admission fee remains the same as listed above.
*Mill Street Pool is under management with Soul City Church which is operating on a memorandum of understanding with the City of Jackson and will provide its own further schedule. *
