Our attentive staff makes every effort to ensure you are 100% satisfied. The City of Jackson has an employee medical clinic on site in the downtown 633 Building located on the third floor. Walk-In Policy

Please be advised, it is the policy of Medical Analysis to see “walk-in” patients upon availability ONLY. If there are not openings at the time of walk-in, the patient is welcome to schedule an appointment for another day or wait for a cancellation or a no show.

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Clinic is closed between 12:30 – 1:00 p.m. for lunch period each day. For Emergency or life threatening concerns, please report to the nearest Emergency Room. (Note: The employee clinic does not accept clients after 4:00 p.m. unless it is at the provider’s discretion to do so).

Please note, the clinic can ONLY service clients who are under the City of Jackson’s Health Insurance Plan and can be verified by the HR Benefits Department. Unfortunately, the clinic cannot service those who are possibly pregnant or have a confirmed pregnancy, even if the City employee is insured under the City of Jackson’s health insurance plan.
