Equip JXN helps connect small businesses and entrepreneurs with funding opportunities through Kiva. Our goal is to make access to capital simple, fair, and community-driven so local businesses can thrive.

About Kiva
Founded in 2005, Kiva is a 501(c)3 U.S. non-profit whose mission is to expand financial access to help underserved communities thrive through crowdfunded small business loans.
How does this work?
- Apply Online (see minimum eligibility below)
The application process usually takes less than 1 hour to complete.
The approval process is usually 10-15 business days.
- Invite friends, family, and others to lend to you.
This process usually takes 10-15 days.
- Continue crowdfunding on Kiva’s public platform, which reaches over 2 million lenders worldwide.
This process usually takes 20-30 days
- Begin your repayment one month after receiving your loan to fulfill your commitment to your supporters.
This process usually takes 12-36 months.
Minimum Eligibility
- You must live in the United States (excluding NV and MD).
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must use the loan for business purposes.
